测定了Cu—Ni—低 Be合金固溶冷变形及未冷变形的试样在不同规范下时效硬度及导电率变化规律;分析了冷变形对该合金时效特性的影响,认为冷变形有增多时效析出相形核点及减少不连续析出物的作用,从而可提高合金性能。
Abstract:For low-beryllium Cu-Ni-Be alloy,the hardness and conductivity at different aging regime after solution-treatment or solution-treatment plus cold working were investigated.The effect of cold working on aging precipi- tatoin was analyzed.It is believed that cold-working increases nucleating spots of precipitation and decreases noncontinuous precipitation and thus improves the alloy properties.
