溶剂热合成法制备B掺杂TiO2光催化剂

摘要:

采用溶剂热合成法制备B-TiO2,研究了B掺杂量对TiO2光催化剂物化性质和光催化降解甲基橙活性的影响。实验结果表明,B-TiO2样品均为四方晶系锐钛矿型结构,掺杂B后引起TiO2晶粒尺寸减小和颗粒细化,比表面积随B含量增加而逐渐增大。B离子主要进入TiO2晶格占据O的位置形成O-Ti-B结构,B-TiO2的晶胞体积比纯TiO2有所减小,孔径大小和孔容积略有增大。B-TiO2的光催化活性普遍优于TiO2,吸附性能随B掺杂量的增加而逐渐下降,3%B掺杂的TiO2具有最佳的光催化活性。

Abstract:

B-doped TiO2 material was prepared by solvothermal method.The properties and photocatalytic activities of the material were studied as the factor of B doping content.The results reveal that B-doped TiO2 samples mainly exist in the form of anatase TiO2.Boron doping leads to shrinkage of crystalline size,fine particles,and enlarged specific surface area.The doped boron is mainly incorporated into the TiO2 lattice through substituting oxygen to form O-Ti-B,resulting in decreasing crystal cell volume and increasing pore size and pore volume.B-TiO2 has better photocatalytic activity than pure TiO2,whereas adsorption capacity becomes smaller with increasing B content.The sample doped with 3% boron shows the optimal activity on photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange.
