双层辉光离子渗金属

摘要:

本文作者首先提出利用双层辉光放电现象在普通离子氮化炉中进行离子渗金属并取得了成功。普通碳钢采用本工艺进行离子渗钨,离子渗钼及离子渗铬镍,其渗层厚度达100μm,渗层中的合金元素含量为10~20%,已达到高合金钢的成分。文章给出了具体的试验设备及实验结果。该工艺可直接应用于生产,具有节约能源、资源及无公害等优点。

Abstract:

The authors suggested firstly that by using the phenomenon of the double layer glowing discharge, metallic cementation of steel specimens were carried out in a common ion-nitriding equipment. Using this technology, the common carbon steels were treated for ion-tungstenizing, ion-molybdenumizing and ion-chromnickelizing, the depths of which can reach 100μm and the contents of the alloying elements were 10~20%, approaching the contents of high alloy steels. This paper also dealt with the testing equipments and the results of tests. This technology can be applied directly in the production practice and has the advantages of saving energy, saving resources and no pollution.
