非调质钢空心轴楔横轧控冷相变过程数值模拟Numerical simulation of phase transformation of non-quenched and tempered steel hollow shaft in controlled cooling after cross wedge rolling

摘要(Abstract):
文中以F40MnV空心轴为研究对象,基于等温相变模型,采用有限元数值模拟技术建立了楔横轧成形及轧后冷却相变分析预测系统,研究了轧后不同冷却工艺制度下轧件的温度和相变组织分布规律,其中水冷时工件截面以马氏体组织为主,可基本淬透,而空冷和风冷则以珠光体和铁素体组织为主。通过楔横轧冷却实验分析,得出的理论计算温度和相变组织结果与实验测量数据吻合良好。研究结果可用于指导楔横轧冷却过程的工艺控制。
