高温铋处理对ZnO压敏电阻性能的改进Improvement of performance of ZnO varistors by heat treatment with Bi2O3

摘要(Abstract):
采用不同的涂Bi量对烧成后的Zn O压敏电阻实施高温铋处理工艺,并制备Zn O压敏电阻。通过SEM、EDS、XRD等测试手段研究了不同涂Bi量对Zn O压敏电阻微观结构和电性能的影响。研究结果表明,经过900℃,2 h密封高温铋处理制得的Zn O压敏电阻老化性能明显改善,老化系数KCT≤1。当涂Bi量为0.05 g/cm2时,Zn O压敏电阻的电位梯度为250 V/mm,漏电流为0.33μA,非线性系数为45,表现出优异的综合电气性能。
