热处理对Fe-0.44C-2.95B合金组织和性能的影响Effect of heat treatment on microstructure and properties of Fe-0.44C-2.95B alloy

摘要(Abstract):
对含碳0.44 wt%和含硼2.95 wt%的Fe-C-B合金分别进行了正火、水淬、水淬+回火、退火处理。借助光学显微镜、XRD、冲击韧性和硬度测试,研究热处理对Fe-C-B合金性能的影响规律。结果表明,热处理改变了合金中基体和共晶硼化物分布形态,Fe-C-B合金的硬度在44.3~62.4 HRC变化,而韧性提高到6.0~9.8 J.cm-1,其中1 000℃淬火处理的综合力学性能最好。
