脉冲电流对过共晶Fe-C-B合金初生相的影响Effect of electric pulse on solidification structure of primary phase in hypereutectic Fe-C-B alloy

摘要(Abstract):
研究了脉冲电流对过共晶Fe-C-B合金凝固组织初生相的影响。结果表明,脉冲电流影响过共晶Fe-C-B合金中初生硼化物的形核过程,提高硼化物晶核的形成温度,使过共晶Fe-C-B合金中的初生硼化物提前形核,细化初生硼化物,但不能明显增加硼化物晶核数。在相同的热历程下,脉冲电流不改变试样凝固组织物相组成。
