固溶时效对ZA32-0.32B合金组织和性能的影响Effect of solid solution and aging treatment on microstructure and properties of ZA32-0. 32B alloy

摘要(Abstract):
在高铝锌合金ZA32中添加0.32%的B元素,并对其进行365℃×3 h的固溶处理,研究90℃固溶时效对ZA32-0.32B强度、硬度及显微组织的影响。结果表明,固溶态ZA32-0.32B经过90℃×6 h时效后组织主要由α相和η相层片状组织构成,晶界处有大量粒状ε相和少量AlB2陶瓷相析出。添加B元素后形成的陶瓷相AlB2显著提高ZA32的强度及硬度。固溶态的ZA32-0.32B抗拉强度和硬度较低,伸长率较高。时效使合金抗拉强度和硬度先提高后下降;使伸长率先降低后提高。时效1.5 h时ZA32-0.32B合金的抗拉强度为435 MPa,时效6 h时伸长率为7.5%。
