热处理中NiCrBSi超音速火焰喷涂层的组织转变Effect of heat treatment on microstructure of NiCrBSi coatings sprayed by high velocity oxyfuel

摘要(Abstract):
采用超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)方法在低碳钢表面制备NiCrBSi合金涂层,然后分别加热到300~900℃,保温10min,利用光学显微镜、SEM、EPMA和XRD等手段分析热处理对涂层组织的影响。结果显示,喷态涂层的组织在750℃开始发生变化,随着温度升高,未熔颗粒与周围区域间的界面不再清晰,850℃时微裂纹等连续缺陷被切断。奥氏体晶粒长大发生在900℃。喷态涂层中减少未熔颗粒可使涂层在较低热处理温度下获得封孔效果。
