齿轮钢(ZF7)稀土催化低温熔融渗硫处理及摩擦学性能研究

摘要(Abstract):
将稀土催化低温熔融渗硫工艺应用于经渗碳淬火处理的18CrMnBH钢,采用扫描电镜和能谱分析了渗层结构和厚度;在环-块摩擦磨损试验机上测定了干摩擦条件下渗硫层的摩擦学性能。结果表明:渗硫层为层状多孔结构;渗层具有良好的减摩效果,但随着载荷增大减摩作用逐渐减弱;渗层能阻碍摩擦学白层的产生,进而有效的提高ZF7钢的耐磨性,大载荷作用下,耐磨性提高更为显著。
