电刷镀Al2O3-13%TiO2复合陶瓷涂层厚度的灰关联度分析Gray relational analysis of Al2O3-13%TiO2 composite ceramic coating thickness by electro-brush plating

摘要(Abstract):
针对电刷镀制作Al2O3-13%TiO2复合陶瓷(AT13)涂层制作过程中工艺参数的控制,应用灰关联度法分析电刷镀工艺参数对涂层厚度的影响,根据试验结果生成各工艺参数的处理数据系列,建立涂层厚度关于各个参数的绝对灰关联矩阵,利用优势分析原则确定各工艺参数对涂层厚度的影响程度。结果表明,镀头运动速度、电流、电压的关联度均大于0.5,其中镀头运动速度关联度较大(ε13=0.9637),是主要影响因素。灰关联度分析结果与方差分析结果一致,可以作为优化电刷镀制备复合陶瓷涂层参数的一种新方法。
