Ni含量对Ni/AT13涂层摩擦磨损性能的影响Effect of Ni content on friction and wear properties of Ni/AT13 coatings

摘要(Abstract):
采用大气等离子喷涂技术在20钢表面制备Ni质量分数分别为0%、10%、30%、50%和60%的Ni/AT13复合涂层,采用QG-700型摩擦磨损试验机在室温干摩擦条件下测试了涂层的摩擦磨损性能,采用扫描电镜和XRD射线衍射仪研究了涂层的显微形貌和相组成,并研究了Ni添加量对涂层摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:添加Ni后,涂层中有NiO新相生成,涂层中孔隙减少,涂层与基体的结合强度增加,显微硬度降低。涂层磨损率随着Ni含量的增加而降低,Ni的添加改善了涂层的摩擦磨损性能,其中Ni质量分数为30%时涂层摩擦磨损性能最好。
