TRIP590钢过时效等温转变Over-aging isothermal transformation of TRIP590 steel

摘要(Abstract):
利用连续退火模拟机、光学显微镜、力学测试系统及X射线衍射等方法,研究过时效温度对TRIP590钢的组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:随过时效温度的上升,TRIP590钢残留奥氏体含量先上升后下降,在400℃时达到最大值;抗拉强度先下降后上升,在400℃有最小值;伸长率先上升后下降,在425℃达到最大值;伸长率变化趋势与残留奥氏体含量变化一致。
