氩弧熔覆原位合成TiN-TiB2/Ni基复合涂层的组织表征Microstructure characterization of in-situ synthesized TiN-TiB2/Ni composite coating by argon arc cladding

摘要(Abstract):
以Ti粉、BN粉和Ni60A粉为原料,利用氩弧熔覆技术,在35CrMnSi钢表面原位合成了TiN+TiB_2增强镍基复合材料涂层,借助X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜及能谱分析对熔覆涂层的物相及微观组织进行表征。结果表明,复合涂层的物相主要由Cr_(23)C_6、TiB_2、TiN和γ-Ni组成;原位合成的TiN和TiB_2颗粒分别以颗粒状和棒状均弥散分布于熔覆层中;通过HREM可以确定TiN与γ-Ni基体存在(111)TiN//(111)γ-Ni,(111)TiN//(220)γ-Ni,(220)TiN//(313)γ-Ni的关系。
