Y2O3对镍基碳化铬激光熔覆层结构性能的影响Effect of Y2O3 on structure and properties of Ni/ Cr3C2 cladding layer

摘要(Abstract):
研究不同含量的Y2O3对镍基碳化铬熔覆层宏观表面质量、显微组织、横截面微观硬度及熔覆层耐腐蚀性的影响。结果表明,稀土的加入可以细化晶粒,消除裂纹,涂层质量得到提高。硬度分布测量结果表明,加入0.2%Y2O3后熔覆层的平均硬度约为1076 HV,比未加稀土的提高约100 HV。熔覆层的耐腐蚀性也得到提高。
