X70管线钢在库尔勒土壤环境中应力腐蚀研究Research on stress corrosion behavior of X70 pipeline steel in simulated ku'erle soil solution

摘要(Abstract):
在不同应力和不同应变速率慢拉伸条件下,用电化学极化测量方法研究了X70管线钢在库尔勒土壤模拟溶液中的电化学行为。分析了应力和应变速率等因素对X70管线钢极化曲线的影响,并探讨了力学-电化学交互作用机理。试验结果表明:应力和应变能够明显影响X70管线钢在库尔勒土壤模拟溶液中的腐蚀行为,使得开路电位升高,腐蚀电流密度增大,腐蚀速率增加;而且静应力对阳极电流密度的影响明显大于对阴极电流密度的影响。
