热处理对高熵合金组织及性能的影响研究进展Research progress on effect of heat treatment on microstructure and properties of high entropy alloys

摘要(Abstract):
相比于传统合金,高熵合金的成分空间设计更广阔,可以获得更丰富的性能组合,有望应用于航空航天、汽车工业、电子器件以及建筑等诸多领域。各领域对高熵合金的性能要求不尽相同,因此需要通过热处理工艺来优化高熵合金的性能。本文概述了不同热处理工艺(加热温度、保温时间、冷却方式等)对高熵合金组织和性能的影响,阐明在不同热处理方式下,高熵合金微观组织结构和力学性能的变化规律,进一步分析了热处理与其他工艺相结合对高熵合金性能的综合影响,以期为改善高熵合金性能的热处理工艺优化提供参考。
