热处理对GH690-Re合金组织与性能的影响Effect of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of GH690-Re alloy

摘要(Abstract):
采用金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、拉伸试验机等研究了热处理对GH690-Re合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明:与热轧态组织相比,经热处理后GH690-Re合金组织有所粗化。合金的最佳热处理工艺是在1050℃固溶45 min+720℃时效9 h,组织为单相奥氏体基体+γ'析出相,晶粒大小比较均匀。室温条件下材料的抗拉强度为655 MPa,屈服强度为300MPa,合金的高强度主要来源于时效过程中从过饱和固溶体中析出的γ'相引起的析出强化。
