轧制及热处理对WE43镁合金组织和性能的影响Effect of rolling and heat treatment on mechanical properties and microstructure of WE43 magnesium alloy

摘要(Abstract):
用硬度检测、拉伸实验、X射线、光学显微镜和TEM观察等方法,测试分析了WE43镁合金铸态、轧制态、T5和T6热处理态时的性能和显微组织等。结果表明:WE43镁合金经过轧制和T5热处理后硬度和强度都有大幅度的提高。轧制后的WE43合金在强度上表现出明显的各向异性,垂直轧制方向的屈服强度要比沿轧制方向的屈服强度低。WE43合金轧制后进行T5处理,其强度要比T6处理强度明显要高,这与在T5状态下合金中析出强化相分布更加密集和细小有关。
