SiCp表面处理对SiCp/A390复合材料组织与性能的影响Effect of pretreatment of SiC particles on microstructure and properties of SiCp/A390 composites

摘要(Abstract):
对SiCp进行高温氧化处理,采用粉末冶金法制备SiC颗粒增强A390复合材料。使用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和X射线光电子谱(XPS)对SiCp表面状态和SiCp/A390复合材料微观组织进行了表征,测定了复合材料的致密度和抗拉强度,研究了SiCp表面状态及SiCp预处理对复合材料组织与性能的影响。结果表明:高温氧化处理不仅可以改变SiC颗粒形貌,还能使SiC颗粒表面形成一层致密氧化层;高温氧化处理提高了SiCp在SiCp/A390复合材料中的分散均匀性,使SiCp/A390复合材料的抗拉强度、致密度等显著提高;并讨论了SiC颗粒的氧化机理及复合材料的强化机制。
