表面状态对2A12铝合金发黑氧化膜层的热循环性能影响Effect of surface state on thermal cycle performance of blackening anodized film of 2A12 aluminum alloy

摘要(Abstract):
为了探讨前处理对2A12铝合金发黑阳极氧化及其空间服役性能的影响,通过不同机加粗糙和表面活化等前处理对发黑阳极氧化形貌和热循环性能的影响进行了研究,并采用扫描电镜等对前处理、氧化和热循环后的形貌进行了分析。结果表明:随着表面粗糙度的增加,铝合金发黑膜层热循环性能变差,裂纹密度和宽度增加;而通过浸泡和溅射处理,由于表面微区域腐蚀,导致生成的氧化膜层与基体之间结合力下降,从而引起在热循环过程中表面膜层的脱落,并结合微观形貌以及能谱测试结果探讨了不同表面粗糙度和活化对膜层的影响机理。
