等温淬火硝盐“结垢”的形成机制及预防措施Mechanism of nitrate scale formation and its prevention during austempering process

摘要(Abstract):
对球墨铸铁等温淬火过程中熔融硝盐结垢的组分及形成机制进行了研究,并提出了预防措施。结果表明,结垢的主要组分是Na2CO3、NaNO3、KNO3、NaNO2和Fe2O3。其中,Na2CO3的含量为60%,这归因于NaNO2受热分解后生成的Na2O与盐池气氛中的CO2反应而产生的。Fe2O3是工件表面氧化后氧化皮剥落产生的。用热稳定性较高的NaNO3代替NaNO2,可以提高硝盐整体的热稳定性,减少Na2CO3的生成,对防止硝盐变质起到一定的作用;还防止奥氏体化过程中铸件的氧化。
