搅拌头倾角对铝/钢异种金属自铆接搅拌摩擦焊接接头性能的影响Effect of tool tilt angle on properties of self-riveting friction stir welded joints of aluminum/steel dissimilar metals

摘要(Abstract):
为提高铝/钢搭接结构的连接强度并实现结构轻量化,基于铆接辅助搅拌摩擦焊接思路,提出在钢侧预加工出燕尾槽结构,成功实现了中厚板铝/钢异种金属的自铆接搅拌摩擦搭接焊接,研究了搅拌头倾角对于接头性能的影响。结果表明:搅拌头倾角对接头成形影响显著,倾角较小时(θ<2°)时,接头表面易出现隧道缺陷;随着倾角增大,界面金属间化合物由硬脆的FeAl_2相转变为韧性较好的FeAl相,且厚度有所增加,接头抗剪切力呈先增大后减小的趋势,在倾角θ=3°时达到最大值25.1 kN;此外,通过对不同倾角时接头断口形貌的分析发现,接头断裂模式为韧脆混合断裂。随着搅拌头倾角的增加,断口表现出更加显著的韧性断裂特征。
