热挤压和再结晶退火后Mg-3Al-2Sc合金的组织与性能Microstructure and properties of Mg-3Al-2Sc alloy after hot extrusion and recrystallization annealing

摘要(Abstract):
对热挤压变形处理的Mg-3Al-2Sc合金进行不同工艺的退火处理,分析了不同退火工艺处理后合金的显微组织变化,并测试了热挤压处理和完全再结晶退火后合金的力学性能。结果表明:经380℃×2 h退火后,挤压态的Mg-3Al-2Sc合金基本获得了完全的等轴的再结晶组织,综合力学性能高于AZ31变形镁合金,主要原因在于添加Sc后镁合金的显微组织得到明显细化。
