铝合金钻杆材料生产工艺及磨损研究进展Research progress on material production process and wear of aluminum alloy drilling rods

摘要(Abstract):
综述了国内外主要的石油钻杆用铝合金的化学成分、物相组成及性能特点;介绍了铝合金钻杆的生产工艺,重点阐述了其独特的挤压成形、淬火、矫直及装配工艺,探讨了不同使用工况下铝合金钻杆的磨损机理。最后,指出铝合金钻杆研发是一个涉及材料、装备、工艺的系统工程,我国开发石油钻杆用铝合金材料应以Al-Zn-Mg系铝合金为基础,着力解决其热强性差、挤压成形后横向性能差等关键问题,并根据使用工况有针对性的设计其耐磨性能。
