稀土Ce含量对AZ91D镁合金组织和性能的影响Effect of Ce content on microstructure and properties of AZ91D magnesium alloy

摘要(Abstract):
研究了稀土Ce对AZ91D镁合金的显微组织、力学性能、腐蚀性能和磨损性能的影响。结果表明,向AZ91D镁合金中加入稀土Ce,出现了杆状化合物Al4Ce相,并提高了合金的室温力学性能。当稀土加入量为0.7%时,合金的抗拉强度和伸长率由117.4 MPa和4.0%提高至138.87 MPa和6.5%。进一步提高稀土含量,杆状化合物Al4Ce变得粗大,合金力学性能下降。AZ91D镁合金中加入稀土Ce可提高其耐蚀性,加入0.7%Ce的AZ91D镁合金的耐蚀性能提高了87%,当稀土Ce含量进一步提高时,AZ91D镁合金中的耐蚀性又变差。向AZ91D镁合金中加入稀土Ce,其耐磨性能也得到提高,当稀土Ce含量为1.0%时,合金耐磨性能最优,但只是略高于稀土Ce含量为0.7%时合金的耐磨性。综合本研究结果,稀土Ce的最佳加入量为0.7%。
