包钢高炉渣微晶玻璃的析晶动力学及显微结构分析Crystallization kinetics and microstructure of glass-ceramics prepared from Baotou steel blast furnace slag

摘要(Abstract):
以包钢高炉渣为主要原料,采用熔融法制备CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系微晶玻璃,分别研究了添加Cr2O3和Fe2O3作为晶核剂时基础玻璃的析晶动力学,采用差热分析方法(DTA)对玻璃的稳定性进行了分析,采用扫描电镜(SEM)对热处理后试样的微观形貌进行了观察分析,借助Ozawa和Kissinger方程计算了玻璃的析晶活化能E,借助Augis-Bennett方程计算了晶体生长指数n,对比了添加Cr2O3和Fe2O3为晶核剂时玻璃体系的析晶活化能和晶化指数,并确定了各自的晶化机理。结果表明:添加Cr2O3为晶核剂时,玻璃稳定性较差,析晶活化能较低,晶体生长指数较高,更容易促进玻璃的析晶;添加Cr2O3为晶核剂时,析晶机制为体积析晶;而添加Fe2O3为晶核剂时,析晶机制为表面析晶。研究结果为包钢高炉渣制备微晶玻璃适当种类的晶核剂的选择提供了理论依据。
