20CrMnMo钢淬火过程有限元数值模拟Numerical simulation quenching process of cylindrical 20CrMnMo steel specimen

摘要(Abstract):
采用有限元分析对20CrMnMo钢淬火热应力场和温度场数值模拟研究。考虑了材料性能随温度变化的特性。基于温度场求解时对材料热物性参数取值、初始条件、边界条件、潜热等处理,对试样进行了温度场和应力场计算分析。结果表明,在淬火冷却过程中,表面温降速率较快,表面与心部存在较大的温差;温度的变化使表面承受压应力而心部承受拉应力,组织转变最终使表面承受拉应力而心部承受压应力。
