环坯压力成形过程数值模拟及参数优化Numerical simulation and parameter optimization of forming process of ring billet

摘要(Abstract):
基于铸辗复合成形工艺,以Q235B环坯为研究对象,利用ProCAST软件对其压力成形过程进行数值模拟,研究工艺参数压力、浇注温度、模具温度对其凝固过程的影响规律,并采用正交法对工艺参数进行优化。结果表明,压力对极差值影响最大,其次是浇注温度、模具预热温度。优化后的工艺参数为:压力150 MPa、浇注温度1560℃、模具预热温度350℃。
