GH4586A合金长期时效后的组织和性能Microstructures and Mechanical Properties of a Superalloy GH4586A Aged for Long-terms

摘要(Abstract):
研究了GH4 5 86A镍基合金在 75 0℃、80 0℃、85 0℃长期时效过程中室温冲击及拉伸性能与组织的关系。结果表明 :合金在 75 0℃时效 15 0 0h时析出 μ相 ,冲击性能显著降低 ,不超过 5 0 0h时效则有利于强度和延性的配合 ,75 0℃时效随时效时间延长冲击韧性呈线性降低。μ相在 75 0℃× 15 0 0h后出现 ,80 0℃为峰值温度 ,85 0℃发生回溶。在高温长期时效碳化物类型和形貌发生变化并且对合金冲击性能产生影响。
