气体渗碳中碳势的热力学意义THERMODYNAMIC MEANING OF CARBON POTENTIAL DURING GAS CARBURIZING

摘要(Abstract):
本文讨论了气体渗碳过程中气氛和零件中碳的化学势(μ_c)和碳活度(α_c)的定义,以及μ_c和α_c之间的关系。叙述了奥氏体碳含量和合金元素以及温度对碳活度(α_c~γ)和碳活度系数(f_c)的影响。阐明了气体渗碳时气氛中碳活度(α_g~c)和碳势(c_p)的热力学意义及其应用条件。进一步提出用碳水平(C_l)这一参数来描述过饱和气体渗碳中气氛渗碳能力的设想。
