TC21钛合金β锻造大块α相研究Research on blocky alpha in beta processed TC21 titanium alloy

摘要(Abstract):
采用光学显微镜,电子探针能谱仪以及显微硬度测定等方法研究了TC21钛合金β锻造大块α相的组织特征,形成机理以及锻造加热温度和保温时间对它的影响。结果表明,合金中大块α相不仅在形态上与正常α条不同,而且在成分上也有一定的差异。组织中的大块α相数量和形成位置与加热温度和保温时间有关,随着加热温度的升高,晶界附近的大块α相数量减少,原始β晶粒内的大块α相数量增多;随着保温时间的延长,晶界上的大块α相数量增多,晶内的大块α相数量变化不大。
