带钢异步冷轧及退火行为的研究Research on asymmetrical cold rolling and annealing behavior of strip steel

摘要(Abstract):
采用阶梯形异径轧辊,对带钢同时进行3种异径比的多道次异步冷轧,在压下率80%时,对轧件进行微观显微组织观察,并进行拉伸试验和不同温度的退火试验。结果表明:随着异径比增加,晶粒长度和宽度的比值增大,抗拉强度增加,退火后晶粒平均直径变小;随着异径比增加,观察到了较高位错密度的位错和较小尺寸的亚晶;验证了异步轧制与同步轧制相比变形更加剧烈,可以产生更多的位错和亚晶、提高带钢的强度、增加应变储能、降低再结晶退火温度。
