稀土La对高铌钢应变诱导析出行为的影响Effect of rare earth La on precipitation behavior of high Nb steel during isothermal relaxation process

摘要(Abstract):
在未加镧和添加镧两种成分高铌钢的基础上,应用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机进行压缩试验,得到了试验钢在900℃等温弛豫时的应力松弛曲线。运用Thermo Icap6300电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪、ZEISS Supra55型场发射扫描电子显微镜和Tecnai F30场发射透射电子显微镜,研究了试验钢弛豫淬火后铌的固溶量、含铌相析出行为的变化规律。结果表明,La抑制了含铌相在900℃(奥氏体区)的析出动力学过程,延长了含铌相在900℃(奥氏体区)的应变诱导析出开始时间(约14 s)及结束时间(约36 s)。当加热温度为1250℃时,La使加热过程中铌的固溶量百分比提高30.6%。等温弛豫后,La使等温弛豫过程中铌的析出量百分比增加了29.6%,析出物颗粒尺寸有所粗化。
