炮钢表面电弧离子镀NiCoCrAlYSi涂层的高温氧化行为High temperature oxidation behavior of arc ion plated NiCoCrAlYSi coating on gun steel

摘要(Abstract):
采用电弧离子镀技术在炮钢表面制备NiCoCrAlYSi涂层,涂层在空气中950℃恒温氧化100h,借助XRD、SEM和EDS对涂层及氧化产物进行分析,研究其高温氧化行为。结果表明,包覆NiCoCrAlYSi涂层的炮钢极大的提高了其高温抗氧化性,涂层表面主要形成了连续、致密的α-Al2O3氧化膜,涂层氧化动力学曲线符合抛物线规律;同时,由于电弧离子镀涂层存在的针孔缺陷,O2会进入到涂层内部,并在针孔内和涂层与炮钢基体的界面反应形成富Al的氧化物。
