激光淬火层的转动微动磨损行为Rotational fretting wear behavior of laser quenching layer

摘要(Abstract):
利用激光淬火技术在LZ50钢表面形成淬火层。对激光淬火层及其基体材料(LZ50钢)在干态不同角位移幅值下进行了转动微动磨损试验,并采用扫描电子显微镜、电子能谱仪和形貌仪对磨斑进行微观分析。结果表明:与基材相比,激光淬火层在滑移区的运行范围向右移动,部分滑移区的运行范围缩小。激光淬火层降低了基体的摩擦系数,并提高了基体的耐磨性。在部分滑移区,激光淬火层损伤轻微;滑移区,激光淬火层的损伤主要表现为磨粒磨损。
