620MPa级海洋平台钢的连续冷却转变Continuous cooling transformation of 620 MPa grade off-shore platform plate steel

摘要(Abstract):
利用热膨胀仪绘制并分析了620 MPa级海洋平台钢的连续冷却转变曲线,并辅以金相法、显微硬度法和连续刚度法研究了620 MPa级海洋平台钢的连续冷却转变产物及组织特征。结果表明,在冷速小于8℃/s时,试验钢连续冷却转变产物主要是多边形铁素体、针状铁素体和粒状贝氏体;在冷速增大到10℃/s时,试验钢中开始出现板条贝氏体,板条贝氏体含量随着冷速的增大而增加;冷速达到50℃/s时,试验钢组织中出现马氏体板条,马氏体板条的出现可有效提高试验钢的硬度。
