厚规格耐磨钢辊式淬火组织性能分析Analysis of microstructure and mechanical properties of roller quenched thick wear-resistant steel

摘要(Abstract):
通过力学性能测试、显微组织分析、显微硬度测量、偏析带及夹杂物成分分析和断口形貌观察,探讨了80 mm厚NM400钢组织性能的影响因素。结果表明:钢板内部存在含有TiC夹杂物的Mn偏析带,由表面至心部数量逐步增多,宽度逐渐增大,其硬度为592 HV0.3,高于基体中马氏体硬度497 HV0.3。偏析带的存在使得样品伸长率由10.2%降低至4.4%,-40℃冲击吸收能量由24 J降低至10 J。在硬度检测时,随着偏析带在检测位置占比的提高,心部硬度逐渐上升。因此连铸阶段充分改善特厚板坯中心偏析是保障厚规格耐磨钢辊式淬火组织性能合格的关键因素。
