冷处理对0Cr16Ni5Mo马氏体不锈钢组织和性能的影响Effect of cryogenic treatment on microstructure and properties of 0Cr16Ni5Mo martensitic stainless steel

摘要(Abstract):
通过对0Cr16Ni5Mo钢进行淬火+回火及淬火+冷处理+回火工艺的热处理,研究了冷处理对0Cr16Ni5Mo马氏体不锈钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,0Cr16Ni5Mo钢经调质处理后具有良好的综合性能;其显微组织得到了改善,板条马氏体束发生碎化,位错缠结增加,且残留奥氏体组织转变彻底,其强度得到提高。冷处理后钢的性能改善与残留奥氏体转变及晶粒碎化有关。
