化学成分对无取向硅钢热轧组织及织构的影响Effect of chemical composition on recrystallized microstructure and texture of hot rolled non-oriented electrical steel

摘要(Abstract):
选取工业生产的3种不同成分的无取向硅钢铸锭,对无取向硅钢铸锭采取相同的热轧工艺,分别利用金相和EBSD技术对热轧板的组织和微观织构进行分析,分析化学成分对无取向硅钢热轧组织和织构分布的影响。结果表明:化学成分对无取向硅钢热轧组织有影响。Si和Mn能够推迟回复再结晶的发生;Si和Al促进再结晶晶粒的长大。典型元素的含量对热轧板不同层的织构分布有影响。在热轧板亚表层,铜型织构和高斯织构为主要织构类型。Al的存在提高高斯织构的含量,而减少铜型织构的含量;Si含量的增加促进高斯织构转变为铜型织构和黄铜织构。在热轧板从表面到心部1/2层,出现较高强度的γ织构,Si有利于提高γ织构的含量并减少旋转立方织构的含量,Mn减少γ织构的含量并且提高旋转立方织构的含量;Al有利于降低{111}<121>织构含量并提高旋转立方织构含量。在热轧板心部,Al有利于增加{111}<121>织构含量并减少旋转立方织构和铜型织构的含量;Si可以增加γ织构的含量,减少旋转立方织构的含量;Mn择优的阻碍{111}面取向晶粒生长,进而降低γ织构含量。
