磷酸镁生物骨胶的制备与性能表征Fabrication and performance characterization of magnesium phosphate bone cement

摘要(Abstract):
研究了液固比和氧化镁煅烧温度对磷酸镁生物骨胶固化时间的影响,并分析了生物骨胶的相组成、微观结构。结果表明:降低液固比或提高氧化镁煅烧温度,生物骨胶的固化时间有所增加;生物骨胶主要由未参与反应的氧化镁和水化产物构成,内部含有大量微裂纹,分析认为很可能是由于固化过程中释放的热应力及固化过程中体积发生膨胀引起的。
