热处理对TC4/TC17线性摩擦焊接头组织与性能的影响Effect of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of TC4/TC17 linear friction welding joints

摘要(Abstract):
研究了热处理温度对TC4/TC17钛合金线性摩擦焊接接头的组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:在焊态下,接头焊合区TC17一侧为亚稳态的β相;TC4一侧为针状马氏体;界面处为细小的针状马氏体组织。经过热处理后,焊合区TC17一侧亚稳态β相析出细小的层片状α相,随着热处理温度的增加α相发生长大,片层厚度增加;焊合区TC4一侧经热处理后显微组织无明显变化。在本实验热处理温度范围内,热处理使焊合区TC17显微硬度增加,但随着热处理温度的升高,显微硬度下降。热处理对焊合区TC4一侧显微硬度无明显影响。
