高速电弧喷涂FeMnCr/Cr3C2涂层的组织与性能Microstructure and properties of high velocity arc sprayed FeMnCr/Cr3C2 coatings

摘要(Abstract):
采用高速电弧喷涂技术在20钢表面制备了FeMnCr/Cr3C2涂层。结合光学显微镜、维氏硬度、X射线衍射、场发射扫描电子显微镜、能谱分析等分析方法对喷涂层的微观组织和性能进行研究。结果表明:FeMnCr/Cr3C2涂层具有固溶体相和氧化物相相互间隔的层叠结构特点;涂层具有较高的结合强度和显微硬度,良好的抗热震性和耐高温冲蚀磨损性能。
