含Sr,Sc高锌2099铝锂合金的二级时效温度对腐蚀性能的影响Effect of second step aging temperature on corrosion properties of Sr and Sc microalloyed 2099 Al-Li alloy with high zinc content

摘要(Abstract):
采用硬度、电导率测试和显微组织观察等手段,研究了二级时效温度对2099铝锂合金硬度、电导率、抗晶间腐蚀和抗剥落腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:经过121℃×14 h一级时效和不同温度(151、161、171、181、191和201℃)下的48 h二级时效热处理后,硬度值先随二级时效温度的升高而显著增加,在181℃时达到峰值,然后在191℃时开始出现下降趋势,201℃时大幅下降;电导率随二级时效温度变化较小;在二级时效温度为181℃,即峰值硬度时的抗晶间腐蚀性能最差;二级时效温度对抗剥落腐蚀性能影响不大。
