电耦合对磷酸锌转化膜结构和电化学性能的影响Effect of galvanic coupling on microstructure and electrochemical performance of chemical conversion coatings

摘要(Abstract):
通过不同耦合体系,采用常温磷酸盐化学转化法,在不同的金属基体上制备磷酸锌化学转化膜,探索电耦合的成膜规律和机理。结果表明,通过电耦合,成功在常温下不易成膜的铜合金、304不锈钢(SS)、TC4(Ti-6Al-4V)基体上制备出化学转化膜。自腐蚀电位较低的镁合金能促进腐蚀电位较高的35CrMnSi表面制备出更加均匀致密的化学转化膜。所制备的转化膜由磷酸锌(Zn_3(PO_4)_2·4H_2O)及少量的磷酸锌铁(Zn_2Fe(PO_4)_2·4H_2O)组成。通过膜层性能测试及表征可知,电耦合能够细化晶粒,并提高转化膜的耐腐蚀性能。
