SDH2与8407钢热疲劳性能的对比研究Comparison of thermal fatigue behavior of SDH2 and 8407 steel

摘要(Abstract):
采用Uddeholm自约束热疲劳试验机研究了新钢种(SDH2)和ASSAB 8407钢的热疲劳性能,结果显示,SDH2钢具有比8407钢更好的热疲劳性能,其热疲劳损伤因子相对8407钢降低30%~60%。并采用扫描电镜探寻热疲劳裂纹萌生与扩展的机制得知,热疲劳裂纹常在硅酸盐类、MnS、氧化铝和富V大块碳化物与基体的交界面上和晶界处萌生,并沿链状碳化物和晶界扩展。
