低碳贝氏体钢形变奥氏体的连续冷却相变研究Continuous Cooling Transformation of Deformed Austenite in the Low Carbon Bainite Steel

摘要(Abstract):
以低碳MoNbV奥氏体钢为研究对象 ,在Formaster D全自动化仪上测量了过冷奥氏体CCT曲线 ;在Gleeble 150 0热模拟机上 ,利用热膨胀法制定了 80 0℃形变奥氏体的CCT曲线。采用光学显微镜、金属薄膜电子显微分析发现 ,添加合金元素、形变和冷却速度对低碳贝氏体钢显微组织均有很大的影响
