奥氏体化温度及时间对EQ70钢晶粒尺寸的影响Effect of austenitizing temperature and holding time on austenite grain size of EQ70 steel

摘要(Abstract):
用光学显微镜、Image J图像分析软件,研究了奥氏体化温度以及保温时间对EQ70海洋平台用钢原奥氏体晶粒尺寸及其分布的影响。结果表明,随着奥氏体化温度的升高,奥氏体晶粒尺寸变大,EQ70钢的晶粒粗化温度为950℃,1000℃出现混晶现象。850℃奥氏体化时,随着奥氏体化保温时间的增加,EQ70钢的晶粒尺寸变大。但是随着保温时间的进一步增加,奥氏体晶粒尺寸增加量减少。
