退火温度对Ti-IF钢组织、析出物和织构的影响Influence of annealing temperature on microstructure and texture in Ti-IF steel

摘要(Abstract):
借助OM、TEM、XRD和热膨胀等检测方法,研究了退火温度对Ti-IF的组织、析出物和织构的影响。研究表明,随着退火温度的升高,再结晶越完全,同时析出物的数量越少,尺寸越粗大,则阻碍γ织构(<111>//ND)发展的作用就越弱,形成γ织构(<111>//ND)的取向强度和所占比例就越高,深冲性能就越好。
