热处理对挤压变形Mg-7%Zn-0.6%Zr镁合金疲劳性能的影响Influence of heat treatment on fatigue properties of extruded Mg-7%Zn-0. 6%Zr Mg alloy

摘要(Abstract):
研究了时效处理、固溶+时效处理对挤压变形Mg-7%Zn-0.6%Zr镁合金低周疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,不同制度的热处理有效地提高挤压变形Mg-7%Zn-0.6%Zr镁合金在较低外加总应变幅下的循环应力幅;热处理提高挤压变形镁合金在较高外加总应变幅下的疲劳寿命,但降低合金在较低外加总应变幅下的疲劳寿命;不同处理状态的挤压变形Mg-7%Zn-0.6%Zr镁合金的塑性应变幅、弹性应变幅与疲劳断裂时的载荷反向周次之间的关系可分别用Coffin-Manson和Basquin公式来描述。此外,不同处理状态的挤压变形Mg-7%Zn-0.6%Zr镁合金的循环应力幅与塑性应变幅之间呈线性关系。
